It's all the same if you turn on hardware acceleration to encode or not. The Produced Videos all had this Issue, too. It flickers irregulary and not so pronounced like your video, but it is present. The Original Stream looks always Beautiful.īut when i import it in the timeline and play from then, then you can see it in the Preview Handler. When i import the Videos in PD13 in the Media Room and play it in the Video Handler Preview, there is no flickering.

In PD12 and all other Video Editing Softwares like Nero Video 15, Magix Video Deluxe and Adobe Premiere Elements there is no issue like this.
